Are You Wasting Time on the Wrong Things? (Free Toolkit Inside)

Most entrepreneurs are busy, but not all are productive—here’s how to change that.

For most of my life—especially in business—I’ve treated productivity like a badge of honor.

My therapist jokes that I’m more of a human doing than a human being. And he’s right. I am a recovering busyness addict because I was trained at a young age that my value was measured by my output. My productivity. My value to others.

If I just did more…
If I checked more boxes…
If I outworked everyone else…

Then I’d win.

Except that’s not how it works. Not for solopreneurs. And definitely not for me.

The hardest (and most powerful) lesson I’ve learned as an entrepreneur is that being busy doesn’t automatically mean revenue for you or results for your clients.

I see this all the time. Just last month, I was on a sales call with a potential client who said:

“I’ve been posting every single day on LinkedIn for five years.”

But then she said, “I’ve never gotten a single lead from it.”

So I asked: “Then why are you still doing it?”

She looked at me like I had three heads.

It had never even occurred to her that she could stop doing something that clearly wasn’t working. And I’ll be honest, I could tell she was offended by my suggestion that she stop and had no interest in exploring a different path.

Sometimes, we can’t help but maintain that white-knuckled grip on what we think we should do, and get defensive when someone suggests otherwise.

This is one of the reasons why I am so damn picky about who I work with. Because if you aren’t willing to change your behavior, then you have no chance at changing your results.

And I think one of the most powerful decisions an entrepreneur can make is to carefully examine their time, how they spend it, how it makes them feel, the results it delivers, and then adjust accordingly.

Because this shit is hard.

Because when you're building a business, there are a million things you could do. There’s a YouTube guru or LinkedIn thought leader out there who will tell you that every single tactic is the thing you have to do to succeed.

But here’s the truth: not all effort is created equal.

Some of the hardest-working people I know are also the most stuck. Not because they’re doing too little… but because they’re doing too much of the wrong stuff.

Not only does that limit your potential results, but it’s a guaranteed recipe for burnout.

So I’ve been working hard over the last couple of weeks to create a tool to help you figure out what’s actually worth your time—and what’s not.

Both in terms of what you have been doing, but also in how you plan out your days and weeks in the future.

Introducing:

This is the exact process that I use in my own business and how I’m starting to help my clients and Solo CEO members:

  • Track where their time and energy are actually going

  • Evaluate what’s working and what’s just keeping them busy

  • Prioritize what to keep, systematize, automate, or let go of entirely

  • Map out what to actually do next, based on strategy AND sustainability

And listen.

When you go through this, you will discover that you’ve been wasting time on things that aren’t producing results.

That’s not a reason to beat yourself up. That’s a reason to feel relieved.

Because now you know. Now you have a path.

Now you can make a few simple, strategic changes that free up your energy and accelerate your growth almost immediately.

And then you can craft a plan of how you can continue to iterate on how you run your business —which tasks you automate, which you systematize with templates and/or AI, which you outsource, and which you simply stop doing.

Moving forward, this will typically be a premium tool available only to Solo CEO members. But for the next few days, I’m making it available for free.

After that, it’ll either be locked inside the program or available for purchase as a standalone product.

So if you want to get your hands on it now—no strings attached—this is your chance.

This thing will take you 20–30 minutes to complete. But what clarity will it give you?

Total game-changer.

Let’s stop wasting time on the wrong things. Let’s build a business that actually works—for your goals, your energy, and your life.

In love and growth,
Kasey
